A Space for You

Counselling offers space to reflect on what is happening and work through challenges

Life does not always unfold as expected. Whether you are navigating anxiety, a difficult transition, or feeling stuck, counselling provides a confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with the support of a trained professional.

Kaela Sussman is a HPCSA Registered Counsellor offering counselling in Johannesburg, working with adults across a range of challenges. Her approach combines reflective conversation with structured exploration of patterns and responses, depending on what is most helpful for each person.

When Individual Counselling Helps

Situations Many People Experience

You are carrying difficult feelings or trauma that feel hard to process or work through alone.

Seeking space to reflect, grow, and gain greater clarity about yourself and the direction your life is moving in.

Navigating a major change or uncertain period in life and wanting support in understanding how to move forward.

You want to recognise patterns in your thoughts, behaviours, and relationships to understand yourself.

Wanting to understand yourself, your experiences, and your reactions more clearly.

You want a supportive space to talk through your thoughts and feelings.
