Trust has been affected, and you want support in rebuilding safety in the relationship.

You’re facing new stages or pressures and want support navigating them as a couple.

You’re noticing differences in needs, priorities, or expectations and want to navigate them together.

You want to work on your relationship early, before small issues become bigger problems.

Frequently Asked Questions

That’s more common than you think. I can start with individual sessions to help you navigate the relationship, and we can explore bringing your partner in when they’re ready.

The intake session is 90 minutes and follow ups are 65 minutes, giving both partners time to be heard and work through issues together.

Most couples benefit from 8-12 sessions, but this varies. Some come for a specific issue and resolve it in 4-6 sessions; others prefer ongoing maintenance. We’ll review progress regularly.

Absolutely. Many couples find online sessions more convenient and just as effective. You’ll need a private space and a stable internet connection.

Counselling can also help couples navigate separation with respect and clarity, especially when children are involved. One partner may also choose to continue the counselling process individually.
