Pre-Marital Counselling Programme
This is a structured four-session programme designed to support couples in discussing key areas that are important to explore before marriage. It offers a guided, practical space to talk through topics that often shape long-term relationship satisfaction.
The programme begins with an intake session, followed by three focused sessions that cover relationship foundations, communication and conflict, and building your marriage. Areas commonly explored include values, expectations, finances, family, boundaries, roles, and future planning.
This programme is suitable for couples who are engaged, planning to get engaged, or in a committed relationship and wanting to prepare intentionally for marriage. It is also helpful for partners who want to strengthen their foundation and address potential challenges early.
